Mobility news 2025:
"Discovering the digitalized landscapes towards
sustainable tourism"
A delegation of eight participants from Antroposervice Sas
took part to the structured training course “Discovering the
digitalized landscapes towards sustainable tourism " held in
Cyprus in the period 21-27 June 2025, within a Erasmus+ KA1
learning mobility of individuals project, provided by the Cyprus
Sustainable Tourism Initiative, acting as hosting partner
organization. The learning experience of the 7-days course, in
analogy to the tourism experiences themselves, which indeed
encompass a wide range of activities and emotions, has been
a blend of class-based lectures and mainly educational on-
site visits to discover the most relevant places which could
connect in a concrete way, through real-life applications the
digital and sustainability dimensions to tourism in Cyprus.
The theoretical and practical sessions took place as follows:
-21June: getting to know sustainable tourism and its digital
dimension;
-22 June: on-site study visit to Kato Pyrgos, the first green
community in Cyprus, as part of the broader plan towards
sustainable tourism also in remote areas;
-23 June: theoretical class: presentation of CSTI Twitter
account, its contents generation and publication as a real-life
application of digital to sustainable tourism;
-24 June: a real-life sustainable tourism practice: existing digital
apps for the planning of trails routes for hiking towards
locations of interest: the case of the “Bath of Aphrodite” and
the trekking towards it;
-25 June: discovering Nicosia tourism Board initiatives to
promote sustainability and digital transformation in tourism, for
instance through “virtual tours” guided by QR codes around
the city [...]

2023, within a Erasmus+ KA1 learning mobility of individuals
project, provided by the Institute of Greek Philosophy, acting

"Motivational literacy through the symbols of
European cultural heritage: Greek philosophy"
A delegation of three participants from Antroposervice Sas
took part to the structured training course “Motivational
literacy through the symbols of European cultural heritage:
Greek philosophy" held in Athens from 24th to 30th August
2023, within a Erasmus+ KA1 learning mobility of individuals
project, provided by the Institute of Greek Philosophy, acting
as hosting partner organization. The 7-days course has been
a culture-anthropological experiential learning journey
throughout all those relevant and iconic places, connecting
the dots of the most relevant philosophers, their lives,
teachings along the centuries of the Greek civilizations.
Guided by the trainers and experts of the institute of Greek
Philosophy (hosting partner), during the training course,
among others, the following activities were carried out:
- discovery of Athens’ Acropolis and its monuments as
European (universal) symbols of the classical spirit and
civilization, where Democracy, Philosophy, Theatre, Freedom
of Expression and Speech were born, which provide to this
day the intellectual and spiritual foundation for the
contemporary values.
- discovery of the Pnyx hill, directly experiencing this site as
one of the earliest and most important sites in the creation of
democracy; the Areopagus, learning through experience
how this once was headquarters of the judicial court of
ancient Athens; the ancient agora, where most of the
business of the city took place
- walk in Philopappos Park to discover the places where
philosophers walked and discussed [...]
